I know you get the odd person who doesn't like it, but it's a bloody fantastic comedy that is timeless and can be watched again and again for me.

Right up there with Blackadder and helped by the fact the acting in both is absolutely spot on.

Loads of classics mentioned and I also loved the one where the Shadow is robbing the supermarket.

The episode where they are chatting up two birds in a bar. Del has told the two birds that Rodney is a tennis player.

Girl: What do you prefer, Astroturf or Grass?
Rodney: Dunno, I've never smoked Astroturf.

Only the Trotters could turn up at the wrong Funeral (Uncle Alberts) and nearly cause a punch up.

One of my favourite Trigger lines...

Denzil "That Derek Trotter in there not Albert Einstein

Trig "Del knows what he's talking about and I don't see what the Beatles manager has got to do with it anyway"

The Unlucky Winner is ..... best episode for me.

Rodney "I'm gonna kill you. Thanks to you a little Bros fan has got the hots for me and I've just come second in a skateboard derby!"

Del "Second? You were leading when I saw you!"

Mike: What name have they decided on?

Trigger: If it's a girl they're calling her Sigourney after an actress, and if it's a boy they're naming him Rodney after Dave.

Tailed off towards the end but yes absolutely blinding show. Really hit their heights around 86 with paraglider, miracle of Peckham, supermarket hold up episodes

So many great one liners too. Where do you start?!

O’Driscoll brother : Landlord, I wanna buy everyone in here a drink. Here’s a pound. And I want change.

Boycey: Large cognac thanks Michael

Del (chatting up girl) We’re tennis players. We’re just in London getting a new tennis bat
Girl: isn’t it a racket?
Del: at those prices you’re telling me love

Agree with the ending on millionaires, but there’s a touching moment in the final episode when Rodney has his newborn daughter and meets Del at their Mother’s grave.

Always loved the one when the bloke had a fake heart attack with their goods in the restaurant

It captured the times like no other sitcom before or since...

They should of ended it when they became millionaires though... everything that came afterwards tainted it's legacy

So many funny moments but the one where Rodney gets revenge on Del Boy with the handglider for turning up the dial on the sunbed is genius.

The comedy is all in their facial gestures

So many hilarious moments, one that sticks with me most though was Del putting Grandad’s hat on his coffin only for the vicar to turn round later asking where his hat had gone, was such a sad episode but John Sullivan still managed to make me laugh through it.
